What Happens When Women Uplift Each Other

Dear iWoman Family,
Lately, I’ve found myself reflecting deeply on the world around us and these truly tumultuous times — from the ongoing war and suffering in the Middle East, to the senseless acts of political violence at home, to the troubling movement to erase the very word diversity and undo generations of progress that made America one of the most inclusive and equitable democracies in the world.
It can feel overwhelming — even disheartening — to take it all in. But I want to remind each of you of something powerful: we still have a choice.
You have the power to decide how much negativity you allow into your mind and heart — and how intentionally you replace it with light, love, and purpose. You hold power over your thoughts. Power over your actions. Power over the information you consume and the energy you put out into the world.
That’s what iWoman is all about.
This month, we’re celebrating more than 32,000 subscribers to The iWoman Report — a milestone that proves there is both a need and a hunger for stories that uplift, inspire, and educate. Every week, you show up because you crave content that feeds your spirit, not your fears. I truly want to shout out my editors — Noelle Hausen and Bridget Greene — who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the newsletter going week after week!
It is a powerful thing when women come together to support one another. Through the content we create, curate, and distribute on a global scale, our goal is to change the trajectory for women and girls everywhere.
If you’re tired of the same headlines from mainstream media — if you’re ready to see women lifting one another up and telling our stories through our own lens, with honesty, heart, and courage — then join us. Invite a friend to subscribe. Share an article. Share your story.
We built this platform for us — for every woman who refuses to be silenced or left behind. Together, we can drown out the noise and replace it with purpose, education, and empowerment.
Thank you to each of the 30,000+ women (and allies) who already believe in this mission. I’m inviting you to help us grow this movement — to reach 100,000 subscribers by the end of 2025…and yes, let’s dream even bigger. A million women strong sounds just right to me.
With love and gratitude,
Cathleen Trigg-Jones
