Welcome to 2025, iWoman Family!

Ladies, it’s our first official newsletter of the year, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to step into this new chapter with all of you. Am I the only one who feels like we’ve weathered a major storm over the past year? From the relentless battles for women’s rights to the ongoing fight for equality—hard-won by the sheroes of our past—it sometimes feels like we’re facing an uphill climb.

But let us not be dismayed. Ladies, we are winning like never before. This past year has shown us what happens when we come together. We have proven ourselves to be the leaders we were born to be and the problem-solvers the world so desperately needs right now.

As we celebrate the victories of women across all generations, I want to take a moment to salute each of you for being remarkable examples of what it means to be a woman. A new year brings new opportunities—a clean slate to make as bold, beautiful, and vibrant as we choose.

Let’s continue to lift each other up. Let’s keep telling our stories and cementing our place in history as the trailblazers and changemakers we are. Think about how far we’ve come:

• Female athletes are filling stadiums and arenas, proving that our talent and tenacity are undeniable.

• Women-led stories are dominating the box office, breaking records, and redefining what success looks like.

• Women of all ages are taking home the most prestigious awards, showing the world that our brilliance knows no bounds.

I love having a front-row seat to witness us defy the odds in every industry, at every level. We’ve always known how talented, capable, intelligent, and badass we are—it’s just nice to see the rest of the world catching up. Here’s to an incredible 2025! Let’s keep moving mountains, lifting each other higher, and soaring beyond our wildest dreams.
